The demonstration house on lot 147 of Nangan Renai Village in Lianjiang County has entered the site to prepare for the construction of the road project. Recently, Liu Zengying, the county magistrate, once again went to the site with the works office, manufacturer Jinyi Construction, and production supervision company to investigate for one hour to deliver road elevation, slope safety, soil and water conservation, residential square space and field of vision, as well as location configuration, to do effective and comprehensive design and planning.
Chen Chung-Yi, director of works, said that the manufacturers are currently working on land preparation, but the slope in the base is so large that the ground elevation needs to be adjusted, and there are still some tunnel buildings in the base that need to be demolished. In addition, there are also several decades-old maple trees in the base, which will be preserved as much as possible.
The main area of the base was cleared in August, and in September it began to adjust the elevation and admission of the slope, and the planning of the residential ring road. The works Department is scheduled to complete the residential turnkey project before the end of this year, and five buildings will be completed and handed over in three years.
Nangan Renai Village lot 147 covers an area of 18,000 square meters, facing south, from the right side of the road to the village (Mulan Village in the early years, today's female soldiers' dormitory) to the hillside opposite the intersection of Sanjia Village, with an invincible view of the South China Sea, directly below is the Sunlight Coast Hotel, the lower right downhill is the military hospital, and the left is the Yuntai Welfare Center.
