When it comes to land, it has always been the lifeblood of farmers, and farmers also know in their hearts that they do not make money from farming, and their offspring are unwilling to farm land, while farmers who go out to work choose to rent out their land, collecting a rent of several hundred yuan a year or even free of charge. So you can either grow it yourself, rent it out, or leave it alone. In order to encourage farmers to go to cities and improve the utilization rate of rural land, the state has carried out a pilot project to withdraw from the contracted management right of land for a fee, which gives farmers another choice in disposing of their land. Let's take a look at the policy first.

There are two ways for farmers to withdraw from the contracted land voluntarily, one is to withdraw from the contracted land permanently, which means that the peasants have given up the right to contract, and from then on the peasants have nothing to do with this piece of land and are disposed of collectively by the village; the other is to transfer the rural land contract rights within the current contract period and re-issue the contract in the next round of contract. As for compensation standards, local pilot projects are different, such as "permanent withdrawal at 1000 yuan per mu per year, compensation for 30 years; long-term withdrawal at 850 yuan per mu per year, compensation for 14 years, one-time payment." Of course, these two methods are based on the voluntary basis of farmers, and the state will not force them. So how exactly do you choose? Compensation for withdrawing from the right of land contract? Rent for the transfer of land? Or do you make a profit by planting your own? Let's do the math.

1. Profit from self-planting. We all know that bosom friends don't make money from farming, otherwise who will go out to work and make a profit of three hundred yuan (high value-added agricultural cultivation is not discussed).

2. Rent for transfer. If the long-term circulation, the rent can be lower, the agricultural industry is more prominent, such as 500 jin of dry grain, plus agricultural subsidies, it can be counted down to 800 yuan.

3. The right to withdraw from the land contract shall be compensated. If calculated according to the above example, 850 to 1000 per mu, a lump sum payment.

From this point of view, the compensation for withdrawing the land contract right is more attractive, which is similar to that of direct transfer. But what farmers are more worried about is whether the compensation for withdrawing from the land contract right will be withdrawn permanently. What should I do if I can't get there in the next round? If the exited land is changed, what if there is less collective land? How would you choose? Welcome to discuss.
