Introduction of tricolor ground cover chrysanthemum in Fangshan District, Beijing
In early 2017, Fangshan District Institute of Agricultural Sciences in cooperation with Beijing Agricultural Technology extension Station in the "Tulip Flower Sea" presented the tulip farmland scenery belt has achieved good results, in order to continue the new model of leisure landscape agriculture in the suburbs of Beijing.
According to the 2017 work plan, the park will plant more landscape crops. Recently, the Beijing Agricultural Technology extension Station introduced tricolor ground cover chrysanthemum to complete planting, ploughing and fertilizing the soil before sowing. In order to ensure the overall effect of flowering, sowing row spacing is controlled at 40cm, plant spacing 30cm, and water spraying for 3-4 hours after sowing. It is expected to be ornamental in August, and the landscape effect will be further extended.
