Baoshan Tobacco Longling Inspection, planting and purchase contract signing work

From June 8 to 9, the inspection team of tobacco planting purchase contract of Baoshan Tobacco Company inspected and guided the signing of tobacco planting purchase contract of Longling Branch in 2017.

The inspection team went deep into the two townships of Zhenan and Lachu, and conducted a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the internal management work related to the decomposition of the plan, pre-signing and formal signing of the contract of Longling Branch in 2017 by listening to reports, consulting data, verifying production data, having a discussion with grass-roots site staff, and visiting tobacco farmers.

The inspection team affirmed the signing of the tobacco planting and acquisition contract of Longling Branch in 2017, and put forward requirements for the next work: first, standardize the signing process, comprehensively strengthen contract management, put an end to empty contracts and false contracts, and strictly prohibit the occurrence of irregularities such as contract signing, collection, custody and non-issuance to tobacco farmers. The second is to strictly manage the signing of contracts and strictly follow the publicity system to ensure that the contents of the publicity are accurate, the mode, time and place of publicity meet the requirements, and the relevant trace materials are collected and sorted out completely. The third is to strengthen the supervision of monopoly, take effective measures, strictly control the key links from planning to tobacco purchase, timely inspect and supervise the work of key links in strict accordance with the requirements of monopoly supervision and management, and effectively maintain the seriousness of the contract.
