The direct subsidy of wheat ends at the end of June. Did you get your subsidy? It's a pity that these three types of people can't get it.
At present, the wheat harvest in the north and south has come to an end. We already know that the minimum purchase price of wheat this year is 1.18 yuan. In addition to the price, farmers are also concerned about another important issue. When will wheat planting subsidies be issued?
Before answering this question, let's popularize knowledge about wheat subsidies.
Wheat planting subsidies belong to the scope of direct grain subsidies, referred to as "grain direct subsidies". It is a subsidy directly granted by the state finance to farmers in the main grain producing areas (Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Sichuan) according to the actual grain planting area. Farmers in other provinces do not enjoy direct subsidies.
Many people may think that subsidies don't belong to whoever farms the land? Wrong! The object of grain subsidies is the land contractor, not the cultivator, that is to say, in the absence of clear indication, the grain subsidy belongs to the contractor, and the subsidy belongs to whoever has the contracting right. On the contrary, if the subsidy is specified in the contract, it will be another matter.
Because food cultivation varies from place to place, the timing of food subsidies will vary. Generally speaking, in the North China Plain, subsidies are issued around June, while in the south, due to the earlier planting time, they will be issued from March to May. Farmers in some areas are anxious because they have not seen the distribution for a long time. In fact, there is no need for this. The state clearly stipulates that it will be issued before July at the latest.
Grain subsidies are mainly distributed by credit card or cash payment. The specific subsidy amount varies according to different crops, such as wheat, which has 60 yuan/mu and 125 yuan/mu. The specific amount shall be based on the standards and policies implemented locally. The subsidy amount varies according to different regions.
However, wheat planting subsidies are not available to anyone. The following three situations or groups of people cannot receive this subsidy:
01
... farmers who have given away their land.
Some farmers, because they want to go out to work, so the land transfer to large farming households, in the past, this part of farmers can get subsidies, but after the transfer, the subsidy target has been changed to farmers with farmland contract rights, so, the land transfer farmers can not enjoy the corresponding subsidies.
02
a wheat farmer clearing wasteland.
Wheat grown on reclaimed land is not eligible for subsidies. Because the right to contract or use land does not belong to individuals, that is to say, only farmers who have the right to contract land have the right to wheat subsidies. Therefore, farmers who cultivate wheat on wasteland cannot enjoy this subsidy. In addition, if you cultivate it privately, you may be investigated for corresponding legal responsibility.
03
a farmer whose land is deserted and uncultivated.
Similar to the first point, if after entering the city to work, buy a house and settle down in the city, there is still land in the countryside, but because it has not been returned for a long time, the land has not been cultivated and has not been transferred to other growers. Such a subsidy cannot be obtained. Moreover, if it has been abandoned for a long time, the village collective can recover the land.
Did you get this year's wheat supplement? Friends who meet the conditions but haven't yet got them can keep an eye on them, and they can consult the local village committee in detail.
