Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Don't water the star prince too much, just make sure the basin soil is moist and there can be no stagnant water. To give it enough light, it is best to keep the temperature above 10 ℃ in winter. Apply thin phosphorus and potassium fertilizer every 15 days, not too much. Reproduction can be done by means of plant division, sowing or cutting.

I. Culture environment

Moisture: don't water the Star Prince too much, especially when the sun is not enough, reduce the amount of water to ensure that the basin soil is moist, there can be no stagnant water.

Light: the Star Prince is very drought-tolerant. He needs enough light to grow. If the light is not enough, it will cause the color of the leaves to fade and reduce the ornamental quality.

Temperature: it can withstand a low temperature of 5 ℃. It is best to keep the temperature above 10 ℃ in winter. If the temperature is lower, it will enter the dormant period and stop growing. At this time, the basin soil must be kept dry.

Fertilization: apply fertilizer every 15 days, you can apply thin phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, do not apply too much fertilizer, so as not to cause too long leaf spacing, which will seriously affect the ornamental.

II. Methods of reproduction

1. Ramet propagation: when changing the basin, the plant can be divided into 3-4 branches and then directly planted in the suitable basin soil.

2. Sowing and propagation: sowing is mostly carried out from April to May, and it is best to sow at 20 ℃, which will probably germinate in the middle of the night.

3, cutting propagation: cut off the robust branches, there should be 4 pairs of leaves on the branches, the length is about 3-5 cm, insert it into the suitable soil, give it 18-24 ℃ growth conditions, ensure that the soil is moist, about 15-20 days will take root.
