Last Updated: 2024/11/06, There are four solutions to yellowing blue leaves: if the temperature is too low, you need to raise the temperature to 18-23 ℃, and in winter to 5-10 ℃; if you are exposed to the sun, you need to place it in a place without direct sunlight; if you are watering too much, you need to reduce the watering times and put it in a ventilated and dry place; if you use fertilizer improperly, you need to use fermented rotten cake fertilizer instead.

1. Increase the temperature

Reason: the low temperature environment causes discomfort to the orchid growth, which leads to the yellowing of the leaves.

Solution: place the plant in a bright and ventilated place at 18-23 ℃ and keep it at 5-10 ℃ in winter.

2. Proper shading

Reason: the orchid grows exuberantly in the sun, but can not carry on the direct sunlight, otherwise it will cause the leaf to turn yellow.

Solution: at noon, keep the plant away from strong light such as the windowsill; at other times, keep it in a warm and bright place to ensure a certain amount of light.

3. Dry basin soil

Reason: the orchid is suitable for growing in relatively dry soil, if the basin soil is too wet for a long time, it will cause the leaves to turn yellow.

Solution: do not water too frequently, once thoroughly; when the soil is no longer wet, water again, and put the plant in a ventilated and dry place at the same time.

4. Select rotten fertilizer

Reason: when fertilizing, unfermented cake fertilizer or pure phosphate fertilizer is added to make the leaves yellow.

Solution: select rotten fertilizer to prevent "excessive fertilizer" from burning the roots of plants.
