Since May 2016, Tanghe County has been identified by the Ministry of Agriculture as the demonstration base for the integration of professional unified control of crop diseases and insect pests and green prevention and control. A grain industry revolution dominated by green leadership has swept the Tanghe River. The swift action of Tanghe to build a green grain industry is obvious to all.

Tanghe took the lead in completing five green prevention and control tests. Among them, there were two experiments on seed dressing arranged by the provincial plant protection station, the prevention effect of different agents on scab, the prevention effect of different agents on scab and the prevention effect of scab in different periods. A test on the preventive effect of scab was carried out jointly with Nannong Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

At the same time, three demonstration and extension projects were completed: one is the comparative demonstration of Hengguan 35 varieties with or without pesticide application; the second is the comparison of Baihan 207 varieties with and without pesticide application; the third is to jointly demonstrate the preventive effect of new pesticide products on scab with Hebei Weiyuan, Suyan, Nongxin and Yancheng Shuangning.

Second, actively cooperate with service organizations with good service and high reputation to demonstrate and promote advanced pesticide application equipment. In this aspect, Tanghe mainly cooperated with county Hejian agricultural plant protection professional cooperatives, using their self-propelled sprayer in the early stage, the speed was fast, the effect was good, and in the middle and later stage, the application speed was fast and the damage to wheat was less.

Li Decheng, secretary of the county party committee, said: "the construction of the green development leading area of the old revolutionary base in the Dabie Mountains and the modern agricultural demonstration zone in the central region is a new orientation of the Tanghe River. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to make the grain industry 'green', provide safe and high quality food products, speed up agricultural supply-side reform, solve the industrial dilemma of low grain prices, and unswervingly fulfill the country's political responsibility for food security."

On the basis of the establishment of high yield, Tanghe County has added the line of "green leadership", which enriches the new connotation of green and high efficiency, focusing on tackling key problems of agricultural technology and integrating the mode of green high yield and high efficiency. Through the construction of the "three zones" of tackling customs areas, demonstration areas and radiation areas, we will create an upgraded version of green high-yield and high-efficiency grain, and demonstrate to lead the planting industry to improve quality, efficiency, transformation and upgrading.

With rational thinking, Tanghe carried out swift action. Centering on the linkage of the "three zones" and the guidance of land bidding, we will establish a clearance area of 100mu, strive to solve the technical bottleneck, create a demonstration area of 10,000mu, popularize the integrated supporting technology model, and build a radiation area of 100000 mu to enhance the driving capacity. The construction of "three areas" has changed the conventional planting mode, adopting measures such as unified varieties, unified machine ploughing and soil preparation, unified soil testing and formula fertilization, unified sowing date and sowing rate, unified prevention and control of diseases, pests and weeds, unified straw returning to the field, unified drainage and irrigation, unified technical services, unified mechanical harvesting and other measures to reduce the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, seeds and water resources, improve the utilization efficiency of water, fertilizer and medicine, and improve planting efficiency. To realize the unity of green production and high yield and high efficiency of wheat.

Take good care of the quality and safety

The No. 1 document of the CPC Central Committee clearly points out that in deepening the structural reform on the agricultural supply side, we should take improving the quality of agricultural supply as the main direction of the reform. Along this road, the modern grain industry of Tanghe began to change in the direction of pursuing green ecological sustainability.

The effect of this shift is immediate. In 2016, Tanghe sampled more than 3000 samples from the agricultural market and more than 600 samples from the base, with a qualified rate of 99% and the overall safety of agricultural products. The county has built a total of 26 pollution-free agricultural product bases, 1 organic agricultural product base, 20 categories of pollution-free agricultural products, 32 certified products, 6 organic conversion products, and 1 certification certificate for organic processing products. one geographical indication product, the total area of "three products and one standard" product base is more than 600,000 mu. The supervision rate of the pollution-free agricultural products base in the county reached 100%, and the qualified rate of sample testing in the pollution-free base reached 100%.

In order to make the production process "green", Tanghe has completed more than 34000 households of household biogas in the past year, completed 3 demonstration sites for comprehensive utilization, and built 30 rural biogas service sites, providing organic fertilizers such as biogas residue and biogas liquid for the development of green grain industry. At the same time, the detection of 918 soil samples for the general survey of soil heavy metals was completed; the utilization rate of thickened plastic film reached 32%, and the recovery rate of plastic film reached 25%; the application of pesticides in the county was reduced by 3%, and the use of chemical fertilizer was reduced by 3 kg per mu (converted to purity); soil testing formula fertilization area of more than 1 million mu, popularizing formula fertilizer 100000 tons, achieving an increase of 13.4% per mu.

Nowadays, the vegetation is verdant and full of vitality, and there is another year of autumn grain green in the fertile fields of the Tanghe River.
