From March to May every year, the colorful hollyhocks on the lawn of Yuanshan Park in Huabo Park dance with the breeze. In order to create a tall, gorgeous and magnificent sea of hollyhocks, the Park Office of the works Bureau has launched the hollyhock project to invite the public to participate in planting experience activities. After teaching the course of Flower and Sea plants at the Urban Greening Environmental Education Center, we will plant hollyhock seedlings with you on December 14. I hope that after a long winter training, I can bloom again next year!
Jin Song, chairman of Xiyang Environmental Greening Foundation Lin, said that the theme of this year's hollyhock planting activity is "planting the height of dreams", and the idea of the activity is to capture the flower language "dream" of hollyhocks, because hollyhocks do not have high requirements for the soil. but when the flowers are in full bloom, they bloom from bottom to top like a relay race, making the thin stems densely covered with huge flowers.
