The opening ceremony of the Taoyuan Office of the Foreign Trade Association was jointly held by Chairman Huang Zhifang, Taoyuan Mayor Zheng Wencan, Taoyuan legislator Zheng Baoqing and Secretary of the International Trade Bureau Ni Kehao.

Ni Kehao said that more than 1/3 of the top 500 manufacturing industries have set up factories in Taoyuan. Huang Zhifang pointed out that through the Taoyuan office, manufacturers can integrate with the global economic and trade network of the Taoyuan Trade Association and market their products all over the world. In particular, the Trade Association is committed to developing big data analysis and e-commerce this year, which is to assist the government, public associations and small and medium-sized enterprises in setting strategies, providing business opportunities, forming a national team for diversified integrated marketing, and helping manufacturers to cut into the supply chain of overseas markets.

Zheng Wencan said that Taoyuan is not only a national gate but also an industrial settlement. In line with the gathering of the logistics industry, it is very suitable for the development of e-commerce. Zheng Wencan said: recently, the government will approve the plan of the Taoyuan Convention and Exhibition Center. With the support of the Trade Association, it is expected to introduce more negotiation, training and cooperation programs, so that life and production can take root in Taoyuan.
