Liu Yiquan, who was 66 years old, originally did finance-related work. He worked as a holiday farmer after work to relieve the huge pressure at work. His parents died unexpectedly, and he was surprised to find that his life was limited, so he quit his job at Chinese mainland and returned to his hometown to join hands with his wife in organic agriculture. Since last year, he began to work with Inner Organic Farm to buy some of the farmland and pass the organic verification, and with the help and guidance of farm owner Zhang Qingxiang and the guidance of the Agriculture Bureau, he began to manage his own organic farmland.

Recently, the market of organic vegetables produced by Liu Yiquan is getting better and better, and unsolicited "guests" in the mountains are also attracted. Shan Qiang patronizes the farm, feasting on sweet potato leaves, beans, and even pumpkin leaves with thorns on the leaves. He and other farmers have to try to set up nets and make homemade "lion roar" alarms, so as not to let Shanqiang eat all the food as much as possible. Pangolin is a mysterious frequent visitor in the countryside, often leaving a big pit in search of insect meals in the soil, but does not leave a figure. A variety of vegetables are grown in the fields, including cabbage, Artemisia annua, celery and mustard recently. He especially recommends home-grown organic mustard, which is not so thick and tastes fine, so it is suitable for stir-frying. Liu Yiquan said that although there are many different challenges to overcome and learn after becoming a green farmer, a lifestyle close to the land and the ideal of eating organic vegetables more healthily make him happier and more secure than before.

The Agriculture Bureau said that in order to encourage farmers, young farmers, and new farmers to jointly participate in organic production and provide subsidies including land rental, verification, organic fertilizers, machinery and greenhouse facilities, farmers can report their demand for the next year to the local peasant association at the end of the year.
