It has been 27 years since the compilation of Yunlin outlying Island basic Industrial Zone in 1980. in response to the national green energy policy, the Yunlin county government has put forward a strategy to accelerate the effective land use of Taixi industrial zone and adjust the planning of "Taixi green energy special area" for green energy power generation. County magistrate Li Jinyong actively fought for the subsidy plan of "forward-looking infrastructure plan-urban and rural construction-development of land-based industrial parks" from the central government, which was strongly supported by the Executive Yuan and the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and was listed as one of the "six major projects of renewable energy". There is no need to bear 30% of self-financing, and on April 10, 107, a full subsidy of 1,827.77 million yuan was approved, with the mutual cooperation and joint promotion of the central and local governments. Construction Director Su Kongzhi pointed out that in line with national policy to develop towards a green energy industrial park, Taixi District will review the types of industries introduced into Taixi District, and formulate detailed plans and phased zoning development plans according to the needs of private landowners and green energy operators, in order to accelerate the transformation of Taixi District into a green energy industrial park and revitalize idle industrial land in Yunlin County.

The whole region adopts the method of phased and regional development, and the first phase of the development operation was started in January 107, and the development documents are expected to be submitted for review in June 107, the development license is expected to be obtained by the end of 107, and the investment announcement and manufacturers are expected to be stationed in 108 years.
