Exchange with Medical equipment Industry Premier Lai Qingde: promoting Development

Premier Lai Qingde visited Fengbo Co., Ltd. on the 5th and said during an exchange and discussion with the medical device industry that the government has put forward four action plans for the medical device industry. Starting with improving the industrial ecology, gathering biotech parks, connecting international resources and developing characteristic settlements, we hope to cooperate with the industry to develop Taiwan's medical and biotech industry.

Dean Lai Qingde affirmed the company's achievements in the medical device industry. The company's products not only won the Taiwan boutique award and the National Rock Award, but also passed the FDA medical device pre-market application (FDA 510k). It is currently the first second-tier (class II) medical device company in Taiwan. Its products are not only developed and manufactured in Taiwan, but also have bases in Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and are sold in dozens of countries. It is a model for the layout of the whole world based on Taiwan.

President Lai Qingde said that the government attaches great importance to the medical equipment industry, so it has put forward four action plans for exchange and cooperation with the industry: first, to improve the industrial ecology, starting from six aspects: talent training, capital supply, legal environment establishment, intellectual property protection, proper use of resources, and topic selection. Secondly, the relevant departments will fully connect Taiwan's medical, biotechnology and medical materials parks, such as the "National Biotechnology Research Park" in Nangang in the north, the Hsinchu Biomedical Park, and the characteristic biotech settlements in the south, and the output value is also increasing year by year.

Third, to link up with international resources, the government provides M & A funds or joint loans to help Taiwan operators to merge with international potential small-scale pharmaceutical, medical materials, access, and other companies, so as to further link up with world-class resources for sustainable development. Fourth, to develop characteristic settlements. At present, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is working on a bill related to accurate medical care, so that Taiwan's biotech industry or medical industry can develop in the direction of accurate medical care; second, to develop world-class characteristic clinic settlements or medical materials park settlements.
