It is proposed to build 10 large-scale "Nongjiale" to build a forest rehabilitation base.

This year, Shenyang plans to build 10 large-scale "farm music", integrating picking, swimming and outdoor leisure, and at the same time formulate "farm music" standards to standardize the operation of the industry. It is also planned to build a forest rehabilitation base and make use of the characteristics of forest baths to build fitness venues and pension facilities.

A few days ago, a meeting was held in Shenyang Forestry Bureau to reveal this year's work plan.

Cultivate 10 "Lin Paradise"

This year, Shenyang plans to cultivate 10 "Lin Paradise", mainly in the suburbs. At present, there are places of interest in Faku, Xinmin, Liaozhong, Kangping and other places. According to the person in charge of the Shenyang Forestry Bureau, the so-called "Lin Paradise" is similar to our existing "farm music", but the existing "farm music" is mostly small-scale, generally covers an area of about 20 mu, and is mainly in the form of picking.

The 10 "Lin Paradise" planned for this year belong to large-scale "farm music", each covering an area of more than 100 mu, integrating fruit picking, swimming and winter fishing, skiing and sand skiing, outdoor leisure, and so on. "there are a lot of farm music now, but there is no standard in the industry. we want to promote the healthy and standardized development of this industry through such a large and standardized farm music."

In the future, the forestry department also plans to issue relevant industry standards, in the form of listing, and there will be a plaque similar to the "standard park" issued by the professional department in front of the standard "Nongjiale".

Build a forest rehabilitation base

In terms of environmental greening, Shenyang plans to upgrade the greening of three forest parks, two wetland parks and 157 green organs, enterprises, schools and military barracks this year, so as to achieve the goals of "urban landscaping, suburban county forestry, road shading, park beautification, community gardening, and courtyard bonsai".

Among them, it is planned to make use of ecological landscape resources such as forests and wetlands to develop forest tourism and forest recreation industries, with emphasis on strengthening forest health preservation and pension. Use the concepts of forest bathing, forest experience, leisure and medical treatment to build a health base. The so-called "forest recuperation base" mainly highlights health and pension, making use of the natural advantages of the forest to build fitness places, pension institutions, convalescent places and so on.

"at present, we have several alternative sites, to the west of Shenbei Fangte, in the Qipanshan scenic area in Hunnan, and Mount Mal, all of which are interested, but we still need to make a final inspection." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Forestry Bureau explained.

Expansion of Raptor Rescue Center

In terms of wildlife protection, Shenyang will optimize the wildlife reception and rescue system this year and expand the Shenyang Raptor Rescue Center. at that time, the amount of wildlife rescue will triple every year.

According to statistics, at the present stage, Shenyang rescues more than 300 state-level key wild animals and 200-300 non-state key wild animals every year, with an annual rescue volume of about 600 animals. At present, Shenyang only has two rescue sites, Shenyang University of Technology and Changbai Island Forest Park, with a rescue capacity of less than 200.

"Wildlife rescue has different periods, and the initial treatment period and recovery period will take at least two months, and then there will be a wild period and release period," said the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Forestry Bureau. "in the future, we plan to cooperate with the University of Science and Technology to expand the cage, and the amount of assistance can be tripled after completion."

Before the end of April this year, the forestry department will also cooperate to complete the acceptance of the giant panda cage. "We will check and accept the giant panda cage, feed room, display field and other links in accordance with national standards to ensure the healthy life of giant pandas."

"one map" of woodland and cultivated land in the city

Up to now, Shenyang has 3.315 million mu of woodland and 2.6415 million mu of forest. The forest coverage rate is 13.5%, and the forest coverage rate is 28%, an increase of 1.02% and 1.05% respectively over that before the implementation of the "three major plans."

In order to make woodland management more accurate, this year, the forestry department will establish a database of woodland and forest resources in the city, and achieve "one map" of land and resources in the city by the end of June, so as to avoid the emergence of "blank land" and "cross land".

"what we are doing is also part of Shenyang's' integration of multiple regulations'. At present, the boundaries of forestry and agriculture are not clear, and sometimes there are intersecting areas of forestry and cultivated land, and sometimes there are blank lots, which can make the management of land and resources clearer. The boundary confirmation of public welfare land projects in the future will also be more reliable."
