Jasmine leaves bright green, white color, at night from the heart of the flowers spit out wisps of fragrance, its aroma is sweet, Qingfen, Youyuan, known as "the first fragrance in the world". However, if you want to raise this "the best fragrance in the world", you should pay some attention to planting, and flower friends can't make do with it casually.

1. Bask in the sun before putting on the pot

The jasmine can bask the seedling beach in the sun before potting, so as to avoid rotting roots. After planting, put it in a shady place, spray water 2 or 3 times a day, slow the seedlings for about a week, and then move to the sun for cultivation.

Jasmine likes to be warm and humid and grows fastest in the hot and humid environment in summer. Jasmine requires sufficient light, thin branches, thin leaves and few flowers, light fragrance, but also resistant to semi-shade in a shady environment. Jasmine likes fertile and relaxed acid soil, pH60~7.0 is suitable. The potted soil can be prepared with 4 parts of fertile garden soil, 4 parts of rotten leaf soil and 2 parts of river sand, and horseshoe slices and granular phosphate fertilizer can be used as base fertilizer.

2. Fertilize fertilizer from sprouting

Maintaining sufficient fertility of potted soil is an important condition for strong jasmine and many flowers. From sprouting and sprouting in spring, the lighter organic liquid fertilizer (fertilizer 1: water 500) was applied once a week. Thick fertilizer affects the growth of new roots, resulting in long-term stagnation of plants. When new shoots are pregnant with buds (2-3 pairs of leaves grow out of new branches), fertilizer and water should be controlled, and organic light fertilizer and water should be applied when some new shoots wilt.

This controls the shoot growth and transfers nutrients to the buds. After flowering, thick fertilizer (fertilizer 1: water 300) should be applied and watered to facilitate the germination and growth of new buds, and then the florescence should be promoted and controlled according to the above methods.

3. Water should be watered with "big water" and "small water".

Jasmine prefers water, but too much moisture can also cause rotten leaves. With low temperature and low evaporation in spring, water can be irrigated every 1-2 days, and the method of cyclic irrigation of "big water" and "small water" can be adopted to avoid excessive water content in the soil. After that, with the increase of air temperature, the water demand of the plant increases, and the watering should also increase gradually, which can be irrigated once every morning and evening. In addition, we should also pay attention to often spray water to the leaf surface.

4. Pruning and picking leaves must be done.

Prune before sprouting in spring to remove thin, overdense and diseased branches. Cut the reserved branches from 10 cm to 25 cm to promote the sprouting of new branches, and then cut the flower branches moderately after each crop of flowers. Leaves can also be picked before sprouting to promote early germination and blossom neatly, leaving only 1 or 2 pairs of leaves at the cut, and all the rest of the leaves can be removed, or one leaf can be picked alternately from each node.
