The leaves of Yushu are green all the year round, and the plant shape is solemn and straight and beautiful. from the appearance, the leaves of Yushu are fleshy, like a child's chubby arms, and they have the nicknames of "fat doll" and "succulent evergreen". Therefore, it has the meaning of "auspicious", "wealth" and "luxurious". Many flower friends choose to raise a pot at home, although there are many people raised by the jade tree, but many people can not raise it well. Often raise dead or stiff seedlings for a long time. So, how should Yushu be raised?

Yushu needs to change its basin soil in early spring every year. To ensure good drainage capacity and to be loose and breathable, Yushu can choose to mix rotten leaf soil, garden soil, coarse sand, bone powder and plant ash.

The best growth temperature of Yushu is between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius. In the spring and autumn season, it is particularly suitable for its growth period. It can be placed in the sun, and it is best to shine 4-5 hours a day. But in summer, when the temperature is relatively high, it is necessary to give it shade and cannot be placed in direct sunlight. When the temperature is higher than 38 degrees, it will enter a slow growth period. At this time, you must pay attention not to stagnant water.

Many people may have kept Yushu for decades without seeing Yushu blossom, while some people raise Yushu that blossoms year after year, so is there any secret to making Yushu blossom?

In fact, you only need to remember two things to make Yushu blossom:

First, from the end of winter to the end of spring, let Yushu bask in the sun as much as possible. Yushu itself is a succulent plant from Africa and prefers sunshine, while the flowering period of Yushu is in spring, so there must be no lack of sunshine before flowering begins.

Second, when changing the basin at the beginning of spring, add some base fertilizer, the bone fertilizer with more phosphorus is the best, and apply liquid potassium dihydrogen phosphate once every half a month.

When it comes to winter, it is best to move it back to a place with plenty of light indoors, such as a south balcony, and the room temperature should not be lower than 7 degrees, except when you need shade in summer. It can be placed in a sunny environment.

Excessive watering causes stagnant water and rotten roots is one of the main reasons why many flower friends raise dead Yushu. During the growing period of Yushu (from late spring to early summer and autumn), it is OK to water it every three or four days. We must pay attention to the basin soil not to be wet for a long time to avoid stagnant water.

In summer, watering should be controlled, and good ventilation should be maintained, otherwise it is easy to cause leaves to fall. In winter, Yushu will enter a dormant period, and the basin soil should be kept dry and watered once a week to every ten days.

During its growing period, it is OK to apply rotten thin cake fertilizer two or three times a month, and excessive fertilization will lead to overgrowth.

In fact, Yushu is still very easy to maintain, the most important thing is to use the right method, according to the seasonal temperature can adjust the watering frequency, (Yushu is a lazy plant, do not water too often, watering is actually very difficult to die
