Golden marble is a kind of plant that many families like to raise now, because it has a high ornamental value, and the main ornamental point lies in its flowers and fruits. However, many people will have no results when breeding, so how should it be solved?

When will the golden marbles turn out?

Golden marbles usually blossom in March, while females usually begin to hang fruit in May, and the fruit turns orange in October, just like marbles. Male plants generally do not bear fruit, and even if they bear fruit, they do not bear too much fruit, but they can bear fruit by grafting. Autumn flowers of golden marbles can also bear fruit, but the fruit is smaller than that of golden marbles that bloom in spring.

What if the golden marbles don't work out?

1. Pruning. The combination of thinning branches, light shearing, wiping buds and picking hearts. Focus on cutting off internal bore branches, overlapping branches, erect branches, cross branches, disease and insect branches and so on. For only long branches, prosperous trees do not stay, old and weak trees or some parts of the lack of branches can be retained, after growing a certain height, you can pick the heart and leave it as a reserve branch. The method of heart-picking is adopted from the fruit setting period to the young fruit expansion period to control the germination of new shoots and avoid fruit drop due to nutritional growth disorders. In the current year, the fruiting branch should remove the buds below the fruiting node, and the buds above the fruiting node should be counted from the fruiting node, leaving 4 leaves to pick the heart.

2. Fertilization. It is mainly nitrogen fertilizer in spring, and the commonly used nitrogen fertilizers are ammonium sulfate, human feces and urine, cake fertilizer and so on, which can promote the growth of branches, draw more new branches and prepare for the cultivation of new fruiting branches. In the period of flower bud differentiation, phosphate fertilizer is mainly used to promote flower bud differentiation. From half a month before flower bud differentiation to the end of flower bud differentiation, phosphate fertilizer was applied once a week, such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium superphosphate extract and so on. Potassium fertilizer is mainly used in the later stage of branch growth, and potassium nitrate and plant ash are commonly used. Combined with turning the basin or changing the soil locally during the slow growth period, adding cake fertilizer, bone powder fertilizer, hoof horn slice and so on.

3. Artificial pollination and thinning of flowers and fruits. Artificial pollination can be carried out when the female flower blossoms less. If it is placed in an environment with male plants and pollinated by bees and butterflies, it can also produce normal results. Golden marble hanging fruit is often related to tree age and growth, which can be combined with pruning to remove part of the flower buds and remove deformed flowers, disease and insect flowers and deformed fruits. In general, the ratio of leaves to flowers is 3:1, and the ratio of leaves to fruits is 15:1.

Why didn't the golden marbles work out?

The main reasons for unfruitful or less fruiting of potted golden marbles are: dioecious plants, unfruitful male plants, or less fruiting of female flowers due to poor pollination; lack of fertilizer or improper proportion of fertilizers; long-term placement in a humid environment, resulting in excessive vegetative growth, or no control of moisture during flower bud differentiation, resulting in no fruit or a large number of fruit drop after fruit. Without turning the basin and changing the soil in time, the nutrient loss of the basin soil is serious, the soil in the basin is hardened, and the nutrients can not meet the needs of the golden marble results; there is no timely pruning, no branch group of culture results, etc.

Golden marbles bloom in early spring every year, so don't miss it if you like it. If the golden marbles are unfruitful in the process of breeding, they can be sorted out from the aspects of fertilization, pollination, pruning and other aspects to strengthen maintenance. I believe it will certainly increase its fruit setting rate.
