The magnolia is widely loved by people for its dignified and graceful plant type, emerald green and neat leaves and elegant flower posture.

The suitable temperature for the growth of Cymbidium is 15-25 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 35 ℃, the leaves will grow too long, and when the temperature is below 10 ℃, the growth will be inhibited.

The requirement of soil moisture is not dry or wet, moderate moisture. Its root system is fleshy root, too much watering, poor soil ventilation, poor root breathing, it is easy to cause rotten root. Generally, the surface of the basin soil is white and watered when it is dry and cracked.

The gentleman orchid is not strict with the light, so it is an ideal indoor flower. Short-day sunshine in winter and spring is more conducive to flowering, and moderate sunlight will make the flowers colorful.

Arrow clip: when the inflorescence of Cymbidium does not grow into a false bulb or the inflorescence does not grow to a certain height, the floret opens.

Analyze the reasons:

1. Temperature discomfort: the most suitable temperature for Cymbidium is about 20 ℃. If the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, it is difficult to pull out the arrow. If you find that the false bulb of Cymbidium is sunken and the new leaves show signs of being squeezed by bolts, you should start to adjust the temperature. At this time, you can heat the bottom of the flowerpot, for example, on a radiator with bricks, the temperature does not exceed 30 ℃. The flower stalk can grow to about 30 cm in 7-10 days.

2. Fertilization is not enough: during flower bud differentiation and arrow flowering, topdressing and foliar fertilization should be strengthened to reduce the application of nitrogen fertilizer and increase phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, which can promote arrow flowering.

3. Improper watering: before and after flower bud differentiation and arrow flowering, the amount of water should be increased, and the pot soil should not be dried and then watered.

4. Bulb pressure: fertilization and watering can make the false bulb expand, and the pressure is too high, so that the arrow bolt is difficult to pull out. If you find traces of the arrow path, stop fertilizing within a week, and cut the leaf sheath holding the arrow bolt 1-2 cm with a sterilized blade to promote the smooth extraction of the flower.

As long as the temperature, moisture, fertilizer and phosphorus stem are controlled, the orchid will bloom as scheduled and show its charm.
