Making old white tea is bitter and astringent.

If you feel that your tongue is not sharp enough, there is no way to tell it. We can identify it by comparing the bottom of the leaves.

Through the natural oxidation and slow fermentation of the old white tea, the vein at the bottom of the leaf is clear and active, while the vein of the old white tea processed and made in the later stage is not clear and will rot away as soon as it is pinched by hand.

Summary: if we distinguish the true and false of the old white tea from the appearance, it will be more difficult to distinguish, but if we add the tongue and compare the bottom of the leaves, the true and false will be known.
