Strawberry has always been the representative of "Pink Girl" and is deeply loved by the majority of female friends. In fact, it is no wonder that even the five big and three thick men can not withstand the temptation of sweet, sour, soft and waxy strawberries, let alone women who are loyal to their faces.

Strawberry is a kind of delicate fruit, everyone who has eaten it knows that its skin is very tender, it will come out of the water at the slightest touch, and it is more difficult to transport, which determines that the price of strawberries remains high. Now the most popular "milk strawberry" on the market, in fact, it is not a variety of strawberries, but smells like milk, a name given by dealers to attract customers.

Many people are curious about how strawberries grow, and there are questions about how strawberries reproduce. Today, let's take a look at how strawberries reproduce in one crop. Are there any common methods in production? There are four common propagation methods of strawberry, seed propagation, stolon split method and tissue culture method, among which stolon split method is the most common propagation method in production at present.

1. Seed propagation: pick fresh strawberries in May and June, select well-proportioned, smooth, disease-free and fully ripe strawberries, peel them off, wash off the juice, dry them and crush them to get seeds. Prepare the nutritious soil, soak the seeds for 12 hours and remove them, sprinkle them into the soil, cover the soil and cover with plastic film, and the seedlings can emerge in about 10 days. Strawberry seed propagation is the most primitive breeding method, which takes a long time and is more complex to operate, so this method is rarely used in production.

2. Stolon split method: strawberries will grow a lot of stolons in the growing period, these stolons can survive independently, and can be planted separately by using these stolons. When each strawberry mother plant has 2-3 stolons, it can pinch off the stem tip, reduce nutrient consumption and promote the thickening of new stem seedlings. After repeated operation, basically the seedlings that have grown for two years can be divided into five new seedlings. The new seedlings can blossom and bear fruit in the same year, and the yield is significantly increased. This method is fast, easy to operate, and can save land and labour. therefore, this method is often used to breed strawberries in production.

3. Rhizome split method: after fruit harvest, fertilizing, watering and weeding management were carried out to promote the mother plant to produce new stem branches. When a new bud emerges from the ground and the mother plant produces new roots, the old roots can be dug up, the bad roots can be cut off, and the plants with 5-8 functional leaves and growing for 1-2 years can be separated, and the isolated seedlings can be planted directly.

Strawberries in seedling stage are relatively fragile, there are often diseases and insect pests, the more common is powdery mildew, how to prevent it? Powdery mildew mainly affects flowers, fruits and petioles, and there will be white powdery matter in the damaged parts. If you find this situation, you must control it as soon as possible, otherwise it will affect the yield and quality of strawberries. Remove diseased leaves, diseased fruits and old leaves in time, take them out of the shed and bury them deeply to reduce the number of pathogens. Spray 2-3 times continuously with 50% bacillus 800-fold solution, 50% polysulfide suspension solution, 10% Shigao 1500-fold solution, 43% bacilli Like, 40% Fuxing and other agents.

Strawberry seedlings are beautiful when they blossom and bear fruit, but most of the time this can only be seen in the strawberry greenhouse. Now there is no need to envy, potted strawberries can be moved to the home to raise, not only can watch, but also eat their own strawberries. I just don't know if it's easy to raise. Let's have a look.

Potted strawberries need more exquisite soil, fertile, good drainage, and also breathable. Strawberries like the warmth of the sun, so the potted plants should be raised on a sunny balcony, which is conducive to flowering. Strawberries like water wet, during the growth period should be adequate water supply, soil dry and timely watering, often keep moist, but when watering can not be stagnant water. Potted strawberries consume more nutrients, because they have to blossom several times a year, so it is necessary to replenish their fertility in time, basically once a month. The indoor temperature is just right for strawberries to grow, but in summer or winter, you should also pay attention to proper shading and warmth. The dead leaves and fallen flowers of potted strawberries should be pruned frequently to reduce nutrient consumption. According to these methods, your strawberries can bear fruit several times a year. I'm afraid you can't finish them.
