Environmental conditions are very important for plant growth, and the use of climate modules can easily control and optimize temperature, air humidity and airflow, with which disease risk can be minimized and crops can grow better. Using the basic climate module, users can control the climate of a single working area in the climate zone. The use of the module can be based on two times a day in the greenhouse, equipped with a single temperature and humidity measurement, two sets of vents, two-step cooling, two-step heating, and a curtain. The advanced climate module can fully control the entire crop area. Based on four time periods a day, each work area can install four temperature measurement boxes, control four sets of skylights, a cooling stage, four sets of heat fans, and two layers of curtains. Four temperature sensors, four plant temperature sensors and independent heating systems can also be connected. The advanced climate module fully takes into account the external climate parameters, and has user-defined programs, which greatly improves the flexibility.
Irrigation module
Water is essential to any crop. By using the irrigation module of Compass, growers can optimize the water supply and fertilizer distribution of plants at the right time to achieve the best combination needed by crops. Among them, the basic irrigation module can use a start-up strategy to control up to ten irrigation valves. Start irrigation manually or automatically according to the weekly schedule, irrigation time, average amount of light radiation, or total radiation. The advanced irrigation module can support up to 40 irrigation valves and ten start-up strategies, control a drainage sensor and up to ten humidity sensors to optimize the start-up strategy, and connect up to 40 drain valves.
Photosynthesis module
Photosynthesis is the starting point for all plant growth. Using the Compass photosynthesis module, growers can control and optimize light and carbon dioxide to achieve an optimal balance in the photosynthesis process, resulting in better crop quality and higher yields. The basic photosynthesis module can control a single growing lighting circuit in a system. The advanced photosynthesis module manages up to four lighting circuits. At the same time, the increase of carbon dioxide can be controlled automatically according to high or low radiation levels.
Water module
When crops need irrigation, the water system supplies water. Through the Compass water module, growers can provide accurate water and fertilizer for crops. The basic water module can control a pump and a flow sensor. The advanced water module not only controls pump operation and flow measurement, but also supports up to five fertilization channels. Depending on the flow rate, EC or pH, you can use up to 8 irrigation formulations by adjusting EC, acid, lye, or other liquids. The enterprise water module is based on all the functions of the advanced water module, plus the expansion of three fertilization channels, which can control up to eight fertilization channels at a time. Most importantly, the module supports EC pre-control and can manage up to eight water tanks and one backwash filter.
Energy module
In order to achieve the best climatic conditions, the use of energy is essential. Through the Compass energy module, the grower can control the boiler in the most effective way. The basic energy module can control up to two boiler pumps. The advanced energy module can control not only the water pump, but also the whole boiler. The module can handle up to four boilers and one mixing valve. In addition, the advanced energy module provides user-defined control programs that allow growers to control the energy system in combination with other devices.
