When changing the basin, remove some of the old soil, cut off the dead roots, and replace it with a larger purple sand basin or mud basin. The bottom of the basin should be filled with rotten and withered cake powder or dried powder of mature chicken and duck manure, according to the size of the basin and plant. Generally speaking, it is appropriate to apply 100g to 150g per pot, and the powder fertilizer should be evenly mixed with the soil and put into the bottom layer as the base fertilizer. Then add loose ventilation, good drainage and humus.

The cuttings were cut from the mother plant with nodal stems, and the lateral branches of the year free from diseases and insect pests should be selected for cuttings. the middle and upper stem nodes were better for each cuttage, but the shade ability of the basal stem nodes was poor.
