Last Updated: 2024/11/08, Clematis cultivation, first of all to provide good drainage, fertile, alkaline soil; watering to pot soil moist for the boundary, do not have water; need full light, direct light also does not matter, summer can shade; fertilizer does not need too much, growth period every half month liquid fertilizer. In addition, blight is more frequent, and carbendazim is needed. Autumn and winter and flowering need pruning.

1. Culture environment

(1) soil: the soil of clematis requires good drainage and fertility, and alkaline soil is needed according to the acidity and alkalinity of the plant. Can use coconut bran, peat, perlite, according to the ratio of 3: 1: 1 to match the soil, which can also add bark, volcanic stone and other large particles.

(2) watering: it is more resistant to drought, but afraid of waterlogging. In the growth period, just keep the soil moist, do not accumulate water. There can be more times in summer, once every three days, and water control in winter, about once every half a month. Watering is optional in spring and autumn, and the soil can be watered when it is dry.

(3) Illumination: it likes light very much, so the maintenance of full light is better, and direct light does not matter. However, strong direct light will be encountered in summer, and shading is needed at this time.

(4) fertilization: it has little demand for fertilizer, which can be met only by using some liquid fertilizer in the growing period, once every half a month.

two。 Prevention and control of diseases

Fusarium wilt is more common and should be dealt with in time. Immediately after the blight occurs, reduce watering. Then you need to hit the top and then cut the leaves. Finally, disinfect the root with carbendazim and keep it in a cool place, waiting for it to sprout.

3. Pruning

After flowering, it needs to be trimmed once, and some branches can be cut off at the same time. In autumn and winter, because the plant is about to go dormant, it needs to be pruned to assist in the winter.
