Last Updated: 2024/09/20, Moisture: Dendrobium is suitable for growing in a humid environment, and the amount of water needs to be controlled. Sunlight: do not allow it to be directly illuminated by strong sunlight. Temperature: it is suitable to grow in the environment of 15-30 ℃, the highest temperature should not be higher than 35 ℃, and the lowest temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃.

1. Moisture

Dendrobium is suitable for growing in a humid environment, and the amount of water should be well controlled. if it is often overwatered, it will cause rotten roots, which will seriously affect its growth and development. Watering can be used by spray to increase the humidity of its culture environment.

Second, sunshine

It likes a warm, humid and semi-overcast environment, and is not cold-resistant. Put it in a position of astigmatism when breeding, so that it can not be directly exposed to strong sunlight. If it is in winter, it should be placed in a place with sunshine.

Third, temperature

Dendrobium is suitable for growing in the environment of 15-30 ℃, the maximum temperature should not be higher than 35 ℃, and the minimum temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. If the temperature is too low, it is easy to stop growing and even frostbite; if the temperature is high, cooling measures should be taken to increase the humidity in the air, so you can use a spray can to spray some water, preferably in a well-ventilated environment.

IV. Reproduction

Tree planting: cut off about 30 cm of bark, then coat it with a mixture of cow dung and mud, put it on the crack or broken bark, cover it with a layer of straw and tie it with bamboo slices.

V. matters needing attention

1. Black spot, which is easy to appear from March to May every year, generally damages the leaves. After being damaged, the leaves will wither and can be sprayed with carbendazim.

2. Anthrax: leaves and stems will be damaged, and brown or black spots will appear on the damaged leaves, which can be sprayed with carbendazim or methyl topiramate from January to May every year.
