An untopped seedling. The small hibiscus purchased online will generally be topped. It is recommended to cut it by yourself. About two weeks later, the cuttings of small hibiscus branches took root, we planted it in a small pot, commonly known as false planting. After two days in a cool, ventilated place, it can be placed in a sunny place for normal maintenance.

When the trunk grows to about 20 cm high, you can plant the small hibiscus into a large pot of more than one gallon. Xiaoyi's soil generally has what to add. The basic principle is that a ladle of water goes down and the water penetrates in a few seconds. Put a good base fertilizer (chicken manure, cake fertilizer, bone meal, etc.), mixed with slow release fertilizer, you can. At ordinary times, think of giving a little water-soluble fertilizer (general organic nutrient solution), it is important to have a big sun! This maintenance for 2 to 3 months, the trunk may reach one meter, during which the lateral buds are removed like the top 3 buds.

When the trunk is about to reach the expected height, because the trunk is very slender, this time you need to support, find a hard enough stick, insert the flowerpot, and use the 8-word binding method to fix it.

Start to leave top lateral branches. When there are 6-8 lateral branches, the trunk will be topped. If the trunk loses its top advantage, the lateral branches will burst crazily. The basic maintenance will be pruned once a month. The overall direction is rounding. Repeat this for 3 months, almost lollipop will become, wait for flowers to bloom!
