Recently, the school union held the first beautiful life training activity in the teaching and staff activity center of Dongjiashu District. Wang Dan, a staff member of Wuhan Shendong Lanmei Culture Communication Co., Ltd., was invited to serve as a baking trainer. A total of 35 female staff members of our school participated in the activity.

The training series of beautiful life for teachers and staff takes "blooming healthy life attitude and transmitting good life style" as the theme, with three periods of training with baking, flower art and tea art as the main contents.

As soon as she entered the training classroom, the first thing Xiao Xiao saw was the ingredients on the front table, chocolate beans, fruit-flavored fudge, macarons, light cream, mint, cookies, and all kinds of fruits. There is a dazzling array of everything. Just seeing these things is very exciting.

At the beginning of the activity, trainer Wang Dan explained in detail to the teachers the process of making dessert mousse potted plants and demonstrated the steps.

The teachers listened carefully and one after another turned on their mobile phone cameras to photograph the baking recipes and steps.

After the demonstration, the trainer began to distribute production tools and raw materials. With the guidance and help of the trainers, the teachers began to make vanilla stuffing and cream. For a moment, the air was filled with a strong smell of milk.

Color matching should be considered in the production of mousse potted plants. Single color, adjacent color, contrast color and the collocation of a variety of colors are fastidious. If we say that we pay attention to color matching in vision, we should pay attention to taste matching in taste. Vanilla stuffing and fruit can relieve the sweetness of cream. Cookies and Oreos can enrich the taste of mousse.

Teachers put special vanilla stuffing into "potted plants" made of cookies, sprinkled with a little Oreo biscuit powder, and creatively placed decorative foods such as chocolate beans, macaron biscuits and a variety of fruits to successfully produce unique mousse potted plants.
