The winter branches of Chinese rose are pruned the most in the year, and it is a pity and a waste to throw away many branches of European steamed buns. I used to hide in the river sand to dig out the cuttings next spring, and the effect was mediocre. Last year, I tried half the soil and half the sand, that is, to float the sand on the soil and put it in place at once, so as to save the work of reworking next spring, reduce the secondary damage, and greatly improve the utilization rate of branches.

1, finish inserting the bed. Cushion the soil on the bottom of the basin and float the sand on the soil.

As shown in the figure:

2, the floating sand is not too thick, about 3 to 4 centimeters thick.

3. Make a small ditch with no soil at the bottom of the ditch.

4, the branches are 15 to 20 cm long

5, arrange branches, arrange closely, and move back and forth. No contact with the soil shall prevail.

Finally, sprinkle some river sand on it to cover most of the branches.

The next job is simple: throw it out one winter, pay attention to shade and spray water after sprouting in spring next year. There will be flowers in the second half of the year, and the number of flowers in that year will not be too much, but the growth of seedlings for a year is already quite strong. The advantages of this method are convenient and fast, large quantity, extensive and simple management, and no need to turn the basin.

After survival, of course, vermiculite can also be cut in half-water sunlight in winter. Better bring a leaf. The survival rate is very high, which is higher than that of sand. I won't introduce them one by one here, but I'll share them next time. If you like it, you can click and follow it.
