Rose is a kind of potted plant that people like very much, with bright color, unrestrained, long-lasting florescence and rich aroma, so many people will choose it when planting potted plants, so the knowledge of rose maintenance is more popular! Today, Hua Shao will start from the selection of seedlings to make a corrigendum to everyone's common misunderstandings!

Chinese rose

1. Select seedlings

To start with the common misunderstandings, many people think that the bigger the seedling, the better, and the more expensive the seedling, the better. If you are a senior florist, you can choose to plant such a big seedling. But if you are a novice flower friend, it is recommended not to touch such seedlings. The larger the seedling, the greater the damage after transplanting, no matter from the root to the leaf, no matter how careful you are, it will cause great damage to the plant itself.

Therefore, it is best for a novice to grow rose step by step. If you buy small seedlings with strong plants and well-developed roots, you will not only have a sense of achievement, but also slowly accumulate rich experience and knowledge, instead of facing a large pot of rose that has never been planted. I don't know what to do.

2. Pruning

After the end of blooming, in order to bloom better next month, we should cut off the residual flowers in time so as not to waste unnecessary nutrition. in general, we can start pruning from the second node. Trim off the long branches: once you find that there are a lot of useless branches in the rose at home, you should cut it off in time, so as not to waste too much nutrients and affect the next flowering of the rose. Cut off the overdense branches: if the branches of the rose are too dense, it will lead to the breeding of all kinds of bacteria, which is not conducive to the growth and flowering of the rose, so once the rose has too dense branches, it is necessary to do a good job of pruning in time to ensure the healthy growth of the rose.

3. Fertilization

Do a good job in the application of nitrogen fertilizer. Nitrogen fertilizer can be made by itself: put soy milk and yogurt in a plastic bucket, then add water to the plastic bucket, seal it, and then put it in the sun for 20-30 days to become usable fertilizer. In the process of use, we need to dilute it before use, the ratio of fertilizer to water needs to be according to the ratio of 1:50!

Phosphate fertilizer can promote rose to differentiate flower buds and blossom more. Therefore, before the rose blossoms, we should apply more phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to the rose. Self-made method of phosphate fertilizer: you can buy some fish sausages in the market, or collect the fish bones left from the fish you usually eat at home, and then put them in an airtight container and seal them with water for about a month. You need to mix water in the process of use, and the ratio of fertilizer to water is about 1:50.

4. Cuttage

Select rose branches that need to be cut: generally selected branches must be robust, with a length of 5-7cm. In addition, cutting branches are recommended to keep 2-3 pairs of leaves in order to increase the chances of survival.

In order to promote the rooting of the rose, we need to soak the branches of the rose in carbendazim solution, the time is generally recommended to be more than 30 minutes, after the soaking is completed, we need to put it in a cool place to dry.

Select the appropriate soil environment to prepare for the cutting of rose. For the soil used for cutting rose, you can choose perlite, vermiculite or river sand; once the soil is ready, you can put it into a basin, then insert the dried cuttings into the soil and water it once. After that, you can put it in a cool and ventilated place for maintenance. During this period, in order to promote the early rooting of the cutting rose, it is recommended that you spray water on the leaves every 3-5 days, lasting about 15-20 days.

Once the rose has taken root, then you can put it on the pot. The soil needed to put on the basin suggests that we choose loose and breathable nutrient soil. In addition, we need to remind you that in order to make the surviving rose grow better, you should first put the rose in a cool and ventilated place for about a week, wait until it adapts to the living environment at this time, and then move it to the sun. You need to remember that this work is not too urgent and take your time.

Everything is wonderful, there is a praise mall in the flower school.

There are flowers and love, a school of flowers
