Last Updated: 2024/11/14, The cultivation of green pineapple needs relatively loose sandy loam, and put it in a place where the sun is not easy to shine, and the temperature should not be too low; spray water moderately at the root, trim the green apple branches and leaves regularly, cut off the damaged branches and leaves, and, of course, pay attention to proper fertilization.

I. Culture environment:

1. Soil: green pineapple needs loose and ventilated soil with good drainage, so it needs to loosen the soil often in the process of breeding.

2. Temperature: the most suitable temperature for breeding green pineapple is 15 ℃-30 ℃, even if the lowest temperature in winter is not lower than 10 ℃. Only in this way can green pineapple grow better.

3, moisture: to ensure that the soil moist is the best state of culture, do not need too much watering, too much watering will cause the root rot of green pineapple.

4. Fertilization: proper fertilization is also very helpful for the growth of green pineapple, but it should be noted that green pineapple in winter does not need fertilization.

Second, the method of reproduction:

1. Cuttage propagation: choose sturdy branches from the center of the green pineapple, preferably about ten centimeters in length, planted in loose and fertile soil, pay attention to the soil without fertilizer and avoid direct sunlight.

2. Water plug propagation: cut off two similar branches of green pineapple, then put them in the shade for about 20 minutes, wait for the wound to dry, and then put it into the water.

Matters needing attention:

1. Pay attention to ventilation: many people know that green pineapple likes shady places, but few people know that green pineapple should be ventilated frequently, which can easily lead to yellow leaves if it is not ventilated.

2. Deal with yellow leaves: the most common problem in breeding green pineapple is the emergence of yellow leaves, which can be cut off through the middle of the petiole instead of getting rid of yellow leaves directly. the purpose of this is to avoid the loss of water caused by the wound leading to more yellow leaves.
