Rosemary, Labiatae shrub. Rosemary has a fresh smell and has a certain deworming effect, so many people also like potted plants. Then how to raise rosemary, combined with a few rosemary habits to talk about.

1. Sunshine

Rosemary is a sunny plant, put it on the balcony in the most sunny, well-ventilated place to maintain. Proper shade is needed in the hot summer.

2. Moisture

Rosemary leaves are smaller, so transpiration will be relatively small, usually maintenance can be seen dry and wet.

3. Soil

Rosemary is resistant to dryness and fear of waterlogging. Planting in sandy soil with good drainage can reduce the probability of rotting roots.

4. Nutrition

Unlike most fertilizer-loving plants, rosemary is more resistant to barren, so it can put a little rotten organic fertilizer at the bottom of the basin as base fertilizer. I personally prefer to use Merlot liquid fertilizer rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and commonly used compound fertilizer is fine. Pay attention to the amount of chemical fertilizer to avoid burning seedlings. If you are afraid that the concentration can not be mastered well, you can use some low-fertility organic fertilizer, which is fine when applying fertilizer, and half the dose of ordinary flowers can be fertilized. After all, it does not like fertilizer.

5. Pruning

Daily maintenance should timely clean up the aging withered branches and leaves, the regeneration ability of rosemary is not very strong, the growth is relatively slow, so when it grows to more than ten centimeters, it can be pruned properly according to the need to promote the growth of axillary buds and ensure that the plant type is full and good-looking.
