In the case of common variable immunodeficiency, most of the B lymphocytes in patients with bronchopneumonia are normal or increased and cannot develop into secretory plasma cells. in some cases, B lymphocytes do not proliferate or synthesize immunoglobulin. In some cases of common variable immunodeficiency bronchopneumonia, there is an increase of inhibitory T lymphocytes, the significance of which is not very clear, and so on.
