Last Updated: 2024/11/05, There are many reasons why cyclamen leaves turn yellow: if it is caused by too much watering, reduce the frequency of watering, and if it is caused by lack of light, move it to a sunny place for maintenance. If the growth environment is too dry, spray some water mist around it, and if it is caused by lack of fertilizer, apply some fertilizer in time.

1. Reduce watering

Reason: although cyclamen likes water, it is also afraid of waterlogging. Too much watering will cause stagnant water in the soil and damage the roots of the plant. In this way, it can not normally absorb nutrients from the soil, resulting in the phenomenon of yellowing leaves.

Solution: reduce the frequency of watering cyclamen, and put the flowerpot in a ventilated place to let the moisture in the soil evaporate.

2. Increase the illumination

Reason: lack of light may cause cyclamen to be unable to produce photosynthesis and to synthesize chlorophyll normally, thus making the leaves yellow.

Solution: move cyclamen to a sunny place for maintenance.

3. Spray water to humidify

Reason: cyclamen is more wet, too dry for a long time will make it unable to grow normally, leaves wilting and yellowing, lack of spirit.

Solution: usually pay attention to the humidity around cyclamen, spray some water mist around it with a spray can when it is too dry, or put a pot of water next to its flowerpot to increase humidity.

4. Timely fertilization

Reason: if there is a lack of nutrition for a long time, its leaves may turn yellow.

Solution: apply some fertilizer or nutrient solution in time, but be careful not to add too much at one time, and apply a small amount of fertilizer many times to facilitate its recovery.
