Pointed leaf Duying is the common name of Changmang Duying, now it is often called Maoguo Duying. Trees of the family Duying and Duying having gray bark; branchlets stout, grayish brown pilose, with mostly rounded petioles and straight stripes after drying. Leaves aggregated at the top of branches, leathery, Obovate-lanceolate drupe elliptic, 3-3.5 cm long, brown pilose. The flowering period is from August to September, and the fruit ripens in winter.
