Gardenia doesn't blossom? In this way, it is easy to grow and bloom.

There are three main reasons why gardenia does not blossom: improper management of moisture, fertilizer and light. If it is the reason of water, it is necessary to adjust the watering mode reasonably and water scientifically; if it is the reason of fertilizer, it is necessary to change the way of fertilization and apply fertilizer scientifically; if it is the reason of light, it is necessary to change its maintenance environment and give it suitable light conditions.

1. Improper watering

Reason: too little watering of gardenia can cause the plant to blossom without water; too much watering may also make it rot and make it difficult to blossom.

Solution: if you usually pour too little water, pour a little more water for it, but be careful not to pour too much water at once. If you usually water too much, point the stones under its flowerpot, and then put it in a well-ventilated environment for slow maintenance. When it recovers, it will be watered scientifically.

2. Improper fertilization

Reason: too little fertilizer for gardenia will make it difficult for the plant to blossom because it does not have enough nutrients; too much fertilizer may affect its roots and make it difficult to blossom.

Solution: if you usually apply too little fertilizer, increase the frequency of fertilization, but use diluted fertilizer, preferably one with a high content of phosphorus and potassium. If you usually apply too much fertilizer, rinse the soil with a lot of water, flush out the excess fertilizer, and then put it in a ventilated place to dry. After it recovers, fertilize according to the scientific method.

3. Improper lighting

Reason: too long sunlight exposure to gardenia will cause the plant to be sunburned and difficult to blossom; giving it too little light time will affect its normal growth and make it difficult to blossom.

Solution: if the usual light time is too long, put it in a semi-shady place for maintenance, and reduce the time of seeing light every day. If there is a lack of light, put it in a sunny place for maintenance.
