Prevention of Bellas virus disease
① Do not blindly pursue good varieties, do not buy virus orchids cheaply, do not buy seedlings from epidemic areas of virus orchids, and do not buy seedlings mixed with virus orchids. This is the most fundamental and effective preventive measure.
② All seedlings introduced from outside should be soaked for 2 hours in a solution of 500~700 times of virus and 250 times of edible rice vinegar for disinfection. After potting, spray the leaf surface and leaf back with virus Bike diluent once a week, and irrigate the root with this solution once every 10~15 days for more than 10 consecutive times. After that, 1000 times of medical aspirin was sprayed once a season. In this way, the proliferation and spread of the virus can be effectively inhibited, so that the virus does not appear after it has not appeared, and the virus that has appeared will spread less or not spread.
③ Do not excessively manage high temperature and high humidity in order to force high reproduction rate and high growth rate. Orchid shed room must pay attention to more natural wind. All kinds of fertilizer supplement should be provided according to needs, do not blindly fertilize, in case of counterproductive.
④ Tools and hands exposed to germs can be disinfected by soaking them in 2% formalin for 60 minutes. The blade can be sterilized by a lighter flame to prevent transmission. (Xu Dongsheng)
