Treatment of Bellas virus disease

Although the virus disease was judged to be incurable, it was not absolute. In fact, orchid gardeners and growers everywhere have made some progress in treating the disease. The author has also conducted treatment experiments on a cluster of blue seedlings with viral diseases. After 3 years, the old strain had died, and the 3 new strains did not show virus signs. Although no cure can be said for sure without histological examination, recent surface control can be said to have been successful. The treatment is:

(1) To cultivate healthy plants, we should create suitable ecological conditions to cultivate infected orchids. Do not plant them in glass greenhouses. It is necessary to adjust the light, temperature and humidity according to the habits of orchids, pass natural wind more often, and supply fertilizer and pesticide appropriately to breed strong plants and improve resistance.

(II) Application of pesticide to inhibit and eliminate virus Application of pesticide should be carried out by both irrigation and spraying, spraying to treat the aboveground part, watering to treat the underground part, and implementing all-round treatment. Spraying once every 7 days, pouring once every 10~15 days, after 10~15 consecutive times, changing to once every half month or every month for more than 1 year to consolidate the curative effect.

The medicine selected for treatment is: ① finished pesticide takes 500 times of virus gram solution as effective medicine, and adds 250 times of edible rice vinegar solution with strong penetration function to direct the medicine to the affected part to enhance the efficacy. And take rich amino acids and other nutrients to strengthen the body, enhance the ability of the orchid plant to eliminate evil. (2) Apply anti-virus heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine. Such as Isatis root, Isatis leaf, honeysuckle, Rhizoma Osmundae, Huanglao, quilt, Yijianxi, Qiyeyizhihua, Lobelia chinensis, Barbat skullcap and Zihua underground, etc., are the preferred medicinal materials. You can choose a combination of three or five flavors and use them alternately every month. First use the extract, then use the decoction, then use the residue to sprinkle. 10~100 times of liquid medicine is suitable. (3) Spraying aspirin 1000 times solution once a season to induce the strain to produce resistance protein to inhibit or kill the virus. Doing so has considerable synergy.

(3) The consumption of sick orchids is too much, and they are unable to transport drugs to eliminate evil, so it is indispensable to strengthen the body. The main righting measures are: ① gradually increase the amount of light;② more natural wind, more bath dew;③ normal fertilization, and irrigation of compound trace element fertilizer or plant health factor once every six months, spraying medium concentration foliar fertilizer once a week or half a month, such as plant power 2003, Gaolida, Gaole, Aishi brand foliar fertilizer, etc.
