Indoor ornamental orchids and orchids displayed in living rooms, study and bedrooms are generally not suitable for agricultural sterilization insecticide spraying to prevent inadvertent poisoning. Therefore, effective pollution-free control methods are usually used to control orchid diseases and insect pests.

(1) to enhance immunity, enhance the immunity of orchid plants and enhance their disease resistance is the fundamental way to prevent and control orchid diseases and insect pests without pollution. The specific methods are as follows: ① was sprayed with 1000-fold solution of "Plant Power 2003" in spring, summer and autumn to strengthen roots and plants and improve disease resistance. In spring, summer and autumn, ② was sprayed with aspirin 1500-2000 times each to induce orchid plants to produce resistant proteins, so as to effectively prevent, kill or inhibit the invasion of bacteria.

(2) to adopt the antibiotic sterilization method to dilute the 2000-3000 times solution of medical streptomycin, chloramphenicol and penicillin, that is, 2 to 3 liters of water per vial, and then use it to control bacterial diseases. If the condition is serious, the dilution concentration can be increased to 500 times. However, when the new leaves are not developed to semi-mature, the concentration of the solution used should not be too high to prevent drug damage.

(3) the method of using sanitary products to kill pests of orchid plants by spraying 1OO solution such as medical wind oil essence and Mianshiling has a quite good control effect.

(4) the specific method of biological sterilization and pest control is that ① can put several pots of garlic and onions, or mash garlic and onions and sprinkle them with potted noodles to sterilize them. ② sprayed orchid plant with 50% 100-fold extract of garlic, ginger, pepper or cigarette butts, which has a certain germicidal and insecticidal effect.
