Preparation and Application of Bordeaux liquid
[editor's note: Bordeaux liquid is a commonly used fungicide for prevention and treatment of bacterial damage in Orchid Garden. Regardless of the occurrence of no bacterial damage, Languo can be sprayed every 10 days to prevent bacterial damage. ]
1. Germicidal mechanism of Bohr solution
Bordeaux liquid is a protective inorganic fungicide. The so-called protective effect means that the plant is sprayed with fungicide before the disease to inhibit or kill fungal spores or bacteria in order to prevent the invasion of pathogens and protect the plant.
The bactericidal mechanism of Bordeaux solution is that the copper ion in the agent can be exchanged with the cationic potassium and hydrogen on the surface of the pathogen, so that the protein on the pathogen cell is solidified, and at the same time, some copper ions permeate into the pathogen cell to bind with some enzymes, thus affecting the enzyme activity to inhibit the bacteria.
2. Preparation method of Bordeaux liquid
Bordeaux liquid usually has three combinations, which should be decided according to the species and varieties of flowers to avoid drug damage, because different flower varieties have different tolerance to lime or copper.
Equivalent Bordeaux solution: 2 kg of copper sulfate + 1 kg of quicklime + 100 kg of water
(2) 1V 2V 100 Bordeaux solution: 1 kg cupric sulfate + 2 kg quicklime + 100 kg water
Equivalent Bordeaux solution: 0.5 kg copper sulfate + 0.5 kg quicklime + 100 kg water
In the preparation of the solution, the amount of water is divided into two equal parts, one part of water is used to dissolve copper sulfate, and the other part of water is used to prepare lime milk. When preparing lime milk, we should first use a small amount of hot water to open the quicklime, then use a small amount of water to adjust the digested lime into paste, and finally add the remaining water to stir to form the lime milk. Put the dissolved sodium sulfate and lime milk in the third container at the same time, or pour the dissolved sulfuric acid into the settled lime. (do not pour the lime milk into the human sulfuric acid solution, otherwise it will precipitate and stir at the same time. Bordeaux waves that are blue all day.
Matters needing attention when preparing:
(1) the quality of quicklime and sulfuric acid should be good. Quicklime should be self-made, light and massive, and pure blue industrial products should be used for sulfuric acid. If quicklime is used, the dosage should be increased by about 30%.
(2) both the lime milk and the recycling report should be cooled to the room during preparation, and the two primary waves should be mixed and stirred slightly, which should not be thrown away for too long to affect their floatability.
(3) it is best to use utensils or buckets to prepare containers, not full-mesh containers. Because the liquid is alkaline, it has a corrosive effect on the full range of containers.
(4) the prepared solution is alkaline, and if it is acidic, lime should be added.
(5) the solution should be used in the field and should not be put for a long time, otherwise the medicine tank will produce precipitation and affect the efficacy.
3. Bordeaux's application in flowers (including the application in orchid)
Bordeaux wave is blind and low toxic to people. The liquid is absorbed into a relatively uniform film on the surface of the plant, which is not easy to be washed away by Rain Water. The special effect is long, up to about 15 days. Under the action of air, water and carbon dioxide, the medicament releases soluble substances in the lake, killing germs and preventing them from using plants. It has a wide range of disease control in flowers, and has a good control effect on diseases caused by Mohui, such as knife mildew, black spot, blight, leaf spot, leaf blight, anthracnose, quenching, leaf shrinkage and so on. In Guangdong, many flower growers often use it to control black spot of rose. However, Bordeaux liquid will leave a white residue on the surface of the plant, affecting the appearance. In addition, ornamental pumpkins, tomatoes, chili peppers and grapes are vulnerable to lime, so it is appropriate to choose the ratio of low concentration lime. However, some varieties of pear and apple and persimmon are sensitive to copper, so it is appropriate to choose the ratio of low concentration copper sulfate. Peaches, plums and plums are more sensitive to use and generally do not use Bordeaux liquid. And. In case of overcast, rainy or foggy, Bordeaux solution should be used more carefully, because the free degree of copper increases, which is more likely to cause drug damage. However, under the condition of high temperature and drying, the varieties sensitive to lime are not safe. In addition, it must be noted that Bordeaux liquid is generally not mixed with other pesticides, let alone with alkali-repellent agents, with stone-sulfur mixture, or at short intervals.
If you find it troublesome to prepare Bordeaux liquid, there are several kinds of copper-containing fungicides on the market at present, such as cuprous oxide (backing), steel hydroxide (can be killed), basic copper sulfate, copper oxychloride (Wang copper, Haobaoduo), complex ammonia copper, etc., the effect is the same as Bordeaux liquid, but it is more convenient to use. The duration of these agents is generally 7 Mel 10 days. (excerpted from Guangdong long Qingyun Qi Jialin Liu Haitao)
