As we all know, orchids like to grow in areas with good mountain vegetation and rich humus, and their roots lie flat and extend around, which is very shallow from the soil surface and has good air permeability. According to this characteristic of orchid root growth, the cultivation and domestication of wild orchid by using flat-bottomed strain bag with micropore ventilation is more beneficial to the colonization, germination and root growth of orchid. After thousands of bags of cultivation experiments, the author has achieved success. The cultivation techniques are briefly introduced as follows:

First, choose low-pressure high-density polyethylene flat-bottomed strain bags, which are usually used for large-scale production of Flammulina velutipes cultivation bags or Lentinus edodes cultivation bags, with specifications ranging from 12 "to 15", 24 "to 28" in height and 0.04 "in thickness (available on the market).

Second, the formula of cultivation substrate: 60% of the sun-sterilized humus soil is mixed with 40% coarse river sand, or 50% of the broken brick residue is mixed with 30% and 20% of the crude Lentinus edodes cultivation waste of humus soil, the ingredients should be mixed well, and the mushroom material needs to be soaked in the sun again.

Third, cultivation requirements: the orchid is washed and disinfected and dried to white and soft, and the plant material must be disinfected. Put some coarse material on the bottom of the bag, put the langen in the middle of the bag, put the plant material, vibrate down the mouth of the bag until tight, make the false bulb exposed 1 inch 4, leave 5 inches at the mouth of the bag for fertilization and watering.

IV. Piercing and ventilating method

The orchid bag will be planted, with a knitting needle or a 3-inch long nail, press the plum blossom-shaped piercing hole around the bag to the bottom, and the distance between each hole is about 3cm. After piercing the hole, drench the root water.

V. routine management

The planted orchid bags were transferred to shade sheds with a shade degree of 75% to 80%, and were routinely managed, mainly by spraying foliar water to cool and moisturize in the hot and hot seasons. the plants in the bag do not dry and do not drench water. increase environmental humidity and moisturize. If the plant material in the bag is dry, it must be drenched with water at one time, and the method of soaking can be taken. Spray 500 times solution of chlorothalonil every 15 days, or methyl topiramate and doinling according to proportion, kill 1000 times of omethoate or 2000 times of scale mites every 20 days, spray water spray on both sides of orchid leaves.

After observation and record: bag-planted orchids are easy to colonize and resurrect, and begin to sprout and take root in about 15 days. In about a month, the newly grown orchid root extends vertically downward into the orchid bag, and the bluegrass does not fade. After three months of cultivation, the new seedling leaves are strong, the root system is developed, and the snow-white is strong.

Conclusion: because the edible fungus cultivation bag has good heat preservation and moisturizing performance, the use of dense porous and breathable, accords with the basic conditions of orchid in natural ecology, and is beneficial to the normal growth of root system. Orchid bag plant can keep moist for a long time and is not easy to be dry. it is not easy to get too wet, even if it is drenched or Han water, too much water will be discharged from the holes immediately. Because the polyethylene bag is transparent, the growth of the root system can be observed directly and the dry humidity in the planting soil can be better grasped. Even in 38 ℃ sunny and hot weather, orchid bag planting soil can always remain moist, as long as spraying foliar water to increase environmental humidity, reduce the number of dripping water, reduce the labor intensity, and edible mushroom cultivation bags are cheap, which can directly save the cost.

Edible fungus cultivation bag is suitable for cultivation: spring orchid, Jian orchid, cold orchid, etc., but it is not elegant to watch directly, you can choose a beautiful orchid pot and cover it with an orchid bag.
