As we all know, when cultivating orchids, plant materials with large particles are placed at the bottom and small particles are placed on top, but most bagged plants are mixed with large and small particles and must be screened. Some orchids use plastic baskets to solve this problem, but it is very troublesome to sift through several sides, and the plant materials are everywhere, laborious and tidy, and the basket is broken in a very short time. I have also thought of a lot of ways for the sieve, but it is not ideal all the time. Once I saw that an orchid friend was inspired by a stone sieve. Now I use a set of stone iron screen, which is used to screen stone. This kind of sieve is finished in the machinery market. The diameter of the sieve is generally 30 centimeters. The diameter of the mesh is 1.25mm, 4mm, 8mm, 8mm is not easy to buy, you can use 10mm instead, if you want to cover the basin with a layer of fine soil. Buy another 0.5mm one. The price of each sieve is about 20 yuan. When in use, the smallest mesh diameter is placed at the bottom, and then stacked from small to large, because a uniform sieve is used, so it is well stacked to form a whole. If you put the flowers of a 30cm flowerpot tray at the bottom, plant material screening is successful, pour out the smallest one in the tray, and then add planting material to the flowerpot from large to small. If you are equipped with other plants of the same diameter, you can add them according to the volume of other plants. Due to the good distribution of the plant material to solve the problem that the above plant material is dry and the intermediate treatment is still damp, so I planted the Langen very well, with the snow-white root and the crystal root head, which people like very much. And save labor and time, completed at one time, will not be made in the screening of plant materials all over the floor. I often take a sieve to the place where I sell the cinder of the power plant to screen out the cinder I want, plant some ordinary bluegrass, or give it to my colleagues to plant orchids (of course, they plant orchids only to smell fragrance), which has an unexpected effect. A little experience, for reference only. (owner of Xilan Garden)
