Design of ventilation and exhaust in Orchid cultivation place

All the so-called orchid houses, orchid houses and orchid gardens in the orchid farm are known as orchid houses, orchid houses and orchid gardens. Generally speaking, the site must be in line with the growth habits and normal development of the national orchid. It takes at least four hours of sunshine in a day to set the standard. It is not useful to use only light as a light source, but it is a correct idea and practice to use light as an enhancement supplement.

Originally, my orchid place was on the balcony on the fourth floor, facing north-east, with two hours of sunshine every day. On the suggestion of teacher Chen, I moved the orchid room to the top floor to build a semi-greenhouse orchid garden of about 35 ping. The following points should be paid attention to in the design of Orchid Garden:

1. Rainproof through the sun: it should be ventilated on three sides and built with glass for rain, wind and insect protection.

2. Heat-proof exhaust: the roof is covered with transparent fiberglass waves, so that there is plenty of sunshine. It is equipped with two-room heat protection and shading system, and it is movable, which is very ideal and can be adjusted appropriately according to the weather of the day. If it is between 30 ℃ and 25 ℃, only the shading system on the first floor will be covered; if the temperature rises above 30 ℃, the double-layer shading system will be enabled, and the spare fan will be turned on to remove the heat and spray to replenish the humidity; with this complete facility, we can safely get through the extremely hot summer. If there is something to go out, it is best to cover all the second floor in order to rest assured.

3, ventilation equipment: the upper layer of the orchid room is about 230 centimeters high, and a large exhaust fan should be installed to fully eliminate the backlog of hot air from the high place or the roof, and attention should be paid during installation to aim at the high window to discharge outdoors; the lower floor is equipped with suction and exhaust fans, or small fan, to fully reach the bottom below the height of orchid leaves, which can collect circulation and transfer air flow effectively. Generally speaking, when the temperature in the orchid room is below 28 ℃, a small electric fan on the ground floor is used to transport the breeze; but if it reaches 30 ℃, all double-layer fans must be used, and the function of effective ventilation and ventilation must be achieved.

4. temperature and humidity control: there are a lot of water vapor:

a. When the Orchid Garden was built, there was also a surface pool. The shallower the water level is, the higher the water vapor is. If the water level is very deep, the water temperature is low and cold and not easy to evaporate.

b. The wider the area of the orchid cultivation site, the wider the area of the pool, the more sufficient water vapor; if the area is too small, water vapor will not be enough, at this time, you can buy the smallest sprayer to help wet.

c. The vast area of the orchid room can be fully designed, if the construction is a little higher, for daily management and heat exhaust, air conditioning need to be complete. If the temperature and humidity are abundant, the orchid frame can be raised to the appropriate angle of the standard ornamental orchid, and the height of 50 to 80 centimeters is generally the most suitable, which can not only enjoy loving flowers naturally and comfortably, but also make the bottom air flow unimpeded.
