Treatment of water quality
Generally speaking, the water used to water flowers can be divided into river water, spring water, groundwater, tap water and Rain Water. In today's industrial environment, it often leads to pollution of water sources, and the water quality contains oil and toxins. Therefore, it is best to add another water quality treatment procedure before you can use it at ease.
The way to deal with water quality is to buy a large plastic bucket or a self-built reservoir, place it in a high place, install a drainage faucet on the bottom side, cover the outlet with a layer of brown silk and filtered sand about 10 centimeters thick, and then put charcoal about 1/5 high in the bucket or the bottom of the pond, which is covered with brown silk or sponge, and the upper layer is coarse sand and fine sand, up to 60% to 70% of the height of the container (figure).
Place another plastic bucket below, turn on the top faucet and let the water flow into the bucket. This method is developed by decades of experience, that is, it is convenient and the water quality is safe.
In this way, the water quality can be effectively treated and clean and harmless water can be obtained. The charcoal is changed about half a year. After being sprinkled dry, the used charcoal can still be used as baking material in the baking basin. (bu Jinzhen)
