Bonsai was founded in China, it is the product of the continuous development of productive forces, is under the influence of certain cultural and historical traditions, social conditions and production development and other comprehensive factors, gradually developed and formed. As an art, innovation is the inevitable law of its development, which needs to supplement and improve its own artistic style on the basis of inheriting the artistic achievements of its predecessors. Bonsai art is included as an important part of garden art, and the development process of garden is also the mature process of bonsai art. This paper starts with the garden aesthetics embodied in Garden Ye. This paper analyzes the homologous and slightly different relationship between Chinese classical gardens and bonsai art, in order to explore a new way to apply garden landscaping techniques to bonsai art creation.

Analysis of related concepts

Bonsai is known as "three-dimensional painting" and "silent poem". It takes plants, rocks, water and other materials as materials, typically and centrally shapes the beautiful scenery of nature in the basin through artistic creation and careful cultivation, so as to achieve the artistic effect of seeing the big in the small and express the far-reaching artistic concept. it is a perfect combination of artistic beauty and natural beauty. Garden is a beautiful natural environment and recreation area created by means of engineering technology and artistic means in a certain area, through the transformation of topography (or further construction of mountains, stacked stones, water management), planting flowers and trees and building buildings and other ways.

Bonsai can be said to be the origin mode of gardens, and gardens are also the template of bonsai. Both of them are based on nature, and then concentrate the landscape, plants, architecture and other elements in a certain range by creative means, so that people can experience infinite artistic conception in the limited natural landscape.

1.2 the homologous and slightly different relationship between bonsai and gardens during the Qin and Han dynasties, Chinese natural landscape gardens sprang up, which was a prelude to the emergence of bonsai art. In the Sui Dynasty, the artistic conception of landscape gardens was enhanced and bonsai art flourished. In the Tang Dynasty, some bureaucratic landlords and literati opened up land for gardens, dug earth for ponds, rockfill mountains, and pursued the true meaning of landscapes, resulting in a freehand landscape garden. In the Song Dynasty, the art of painting reached a high level, and the bonsai art developed rapidly and reached a higher level. From the perspective of the replacement and development of dynasties, the development of bonsai art is basically the same as that of gardens, and there is a close organic relationship.

Garden landscaping is often based on the natural landscape, spread out the layout according to the situation, decorated with trees and flowers, trying to reflect the harmony between man and nature, and finally form the unique style of the freehand landscape garden. Bonsai art also pursues the effect of seeing big in the small, higher than the natural effect, artificial accessories and landscape flowers and trees, landscape natural integration, try not to leave traces of artificial axe chisel, showing the beauty of the natural landscape in the basin at hand. Bonsai and gardens take nature as the object, expressing people's natural nature in their ideas and creations. The difference is that bonsai is a static landscape, mainly static viewing, while the garden is a dynamic landscape, people can be participants, using the combination of scattered viewing and landscape to experience the artistic conception.
