Porcelain basins produced in Jingdezhen and Chaozhou, purple sand basins produced in Yixing, all kinds of clay and clay pots made locally, can be used as special orchid pots, and the latest black plastic basins are also suitable. Based on years of experience, we believe that most of the special orchid purple sand pots produced in Yixing, Jiangsu have been improved, and the tone is also harmonious. Many models are very suitable and can be considered as the first choice.

All kinds of cultivation containers are required to be delicate, smooth, symmetrical, beautiful and generous. Generally should take the column type as good, if is the handicraft, may have the bamboo type, the polygonal type, the polygonal type and so on each kind of model, but does not deviate from its origin, the flowerpot should suit the need of the orchid root growth. Long cylindrical basin, caliber and height should be 1: 1. 3: 1. 5. In terms of ventilation, the bottom hole should be large and there should be a wall hole for ventilation. When planning the configuration, we should consider whether to adopt a unified type to coordinate the model and color, so as to appear uniform when placing it; we can also consider various forms of configuration to make it colorful. Should be based on personal location conditions and their own appreciation values to consider, it is best to have a plan, and then buy. It should be noted here that flat-footed pots are easier to place than standing pots, such as using perforated flowerpot racks, it is best to use flat-footed pots. With regard to color, if not uniform, green flowers can use a variety of color pots, white flowers, yellow flowers can use dark pots, red flowers should choose white pots or yellow pots, purple and black pots are not bright enough, black flowers should choose white pots as appropriate. If it is a commodity production type of planting, it is still better to use cheap earthen pots.
