There are two new buds, one with brown rot, and the disease is developing rapidly. seeing that it is about to be infected to another new bud, the upper half of the diseased bulb is immediately cut off and coated with a thick layer of "Dakening". The water was collected a few hours later, and the disease was controlled the next day and no longer spread to the lower half of the corm. As a rule, once brown rot invades the bulb, it is difficult to keep half of the bulb (actually infected by bacteria) from rotting.
