1. Soil

Raising evergreen can mix humus soil, forest rotten leaf soil, sandy vegetable garden soil, furnace ballast ash and barnyard manure as the soil to raise it. After configuring the soil, it needs to be sterilized before it can be used, either by exposure or stir-frying.

Second, temperature

Evergreen is best suited to grow in an environment of 20-30 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it will wilt and lose energy. In addition, the temperature should not be too low, because less than 7 ℃ will affect its normal growth.

Third, lighting

Evergreen is a kind of plant that likes shade and cannot be exposed to the sun for a long time. Usually in the process of maintenance, it needs to be put in a semi-hidden place to scatter light, but the light intensity is relatively weak in winter, so it is necessary to give it enough sunshine.

Fourth, watering

Evergreen likes a humid growing environment, but too much water is easy to rot roots. So we should pay attention to the dry and wet state of the soil before watering, and wait until the soil begins to dry before watering. Don't water too much at one time, just keep the soil moist.

V. matters needing attention

1. Pruning in time. In the beginning of spring, it is necessary to cut off the aging branches of evergreen in time, which is not only conducive to the growth of its new branches, but also make it more beautiful.

2. Appropriate amount of fertilizer. During the spring growing season, evergreen is given diluted compound fertilizer every half a month to give it sufficient nutrients to support the growth of its new shoots.
