The visitor entered Xiaolan Field and asked: Lord, why is it that your orchids are so green and the leaves are so smooth without black spots? Yes, it has to start from the beginning. This black spot is blue disease, called anthrax, also known as black spot, mainly harmful to blue leaves, oval disease spots appear on the leaf surface, the field is small to large, from yellow to black, and even rot in severe cases. The disease occurs more frequently in the plum rain season every year, and it is mostly harmful to new leaves (buds). This black spot disease often exists in many families, even in small orchid farms, which greatly affects the growth and flowering of orchids and reduces the appreciation value of orchids. How do I prevent and cure it?

First, choose a good orchid farm: choose and create a fresh and pollution-free place to make an orchid farm, with green trees, water lakes and many small water tanks around the orchid, so as to improve the air temperature. Shade shed with bamboo curtain, shade net built on the top, its shade degree had better be able to automatically wither, sooner or later open to breathe. The orchid pots should be arranged sparsely and densely so that the air is well ventilated.

Keep the orchid farm clean and hygienic: often clean the diseased leaves, dead branches and floor cleaning of the orchid, divide the orchid grass into pots or buy new orchid seedlings, disinfect the bacteria with methyl topiramate, dry and then plant, plant materials (humus soil, pond mud, charcoal …... Be sure to use it after high temperature disinfection or sun exposure, so that bacteria cannot enter the orchid basin (field).

Third, cultivate strong orchid seedlings and enhance disease resistance: fertilization and disinfestation must be carried out according to the plan. During the hibernating season of orchids, methyl topiramate, carbendazim and carbendazim should be sprayed on the leaves more than three times to get rid of both pests and bacteria, which can make the new seedlings thrive at the beginning of spring, and then spray topiramate and carbendazim every 20 days, coupled with proper fertilization, orchid grass is strong and resistant to disease, black spot is not easy to occur. "

Fourth, master the season and prevention and control: black spot disease is very easy to occur in the rainy season every year, especially when it turns sunny after a long rain, timely spray control; in the germination stage of orchid grass in spring and autumn, the disease resistance of new seedlings is poor, so as to strengthen the prevention and control, so that the orchid seedlings grow normally.

Fifth, often observe the occurrence of orchid disease prevention: often observe the growth of bluegrass seedlings. Once the black spot disease is found, it should be cut off in time, concentrated and destroyed, clean up the surrounding environmental hygiene, strengthen ventilation, reduce water humidity, and then apply carbendazim. Topazin 600m 800 times liquid spray, once every 15 days, three times in a row, can inhibit the development of black spot.

The author is an ordinary orchid enthusiast, the small orchid farm with more than 15o pots of orchids, although the growth is good, there are still many deficiencies, the proposed disease spot prevention and treatment methods are not necessarily mature, only for the majority of orchids for reference.
