(I) Cell division hormone (Cytokinins)

According to its species, it is divided into three categories: Pnrine Cytokinins, Urea Cytokinins and Trna Cytoklnlns. Its physiological function is that ① promotes cell division and cell expansion, 2 promotes the division of undifferentiated tissue, induces dormant buds (lateral bud germination), 3 chlorophyll synthesis and chloroplast replication, prevents leaf aging and the flow of metabolites. At present, Lanyou is treating the orchid plant to induce its dormant bud germination, which is treated with 3% cell division hormone to promote the differentiation of lateral buds. (4) after use, the lateral buds germinated, the aboveground growth effect was good, the root system grew for a long time, and the new leaf buds could rely on the old plants to obtain nutrients and maintain growth.

(2) Gibber11ins (commonly known as GAS)

Due to the improvement of purification technology and the progress of analytical technology, there are 116kinds of Gibber11ins (GAS). The unsold GAs is divided into GA1, GA2, GA3 and GA4, and their effects are different. The physiological function of ① is that it can promote stem elongation, break dormant root growth, leaf growth, flowering, promote flower, leaf and bud differentiation, and 4 promote and inhibit leaf differentiation by promoting cell division and cell growth. At present, Lanyou is using 2% Rongji or 3.1% powder GA to promote its stem and leaf elongation and shorten the growth period in the treatment of orchid plant. However, different varieties of national orchid have different sensitivity to this kind of fungicides, and improper use of chemical concentration often leads to excessive length of stems and leaves, plant body change or flower type variation.

The ultimate goal of national orchid cultivation is to increase yield, promote rapid growth, shorten its yield period, and achieve the goal of economic value. National orchid varieties are different, different parts of the plant tissues have different sensitivity to growth hormone, usually the growth point, young leaves, meristem are more sensitive to growth hormone, stems and old leaves are more slow to growth hormone. Growth hormone is a kind of chemical substance which can stimulate the growth and development of orchid plant at very low concentration. if phytokinin is used to promote the elongation of orchid leaves, shorten its growth period or break its dormancy, we should first consider the different varieties of national orchid and have different sensitive reactions to kinetin. When in use, the concentration should be adjusted according to the needs of the orchid plant, so as not to cause plant changes.

Generally speaking, the orchid plants with higher properties and longer leaves need more plant growth hormone to stimulate the growth of the national orchid. The dwarf plant itself contains less growth hormone, more growth inhibitors and is more sensitive to growth hormone. I have used the Flower Research Institute of a famous university in Taiwan to carefully study the synthesis of G, G and BA4 ten-cell mitotic hormones to treat the national orchid plant, together with a good phospholipid synthesis enzyme. Based on the experience of Cymbidium in Chengdu, Sichuan, where high and low temperatures are strong, it is found that it has a very good effect on the differentiation of lateral buds, root growth, growth rate and the number of leaves. However, the same effect can be obtained on Chunlan, Chardonnay and Guolan plants.

Although the sprouting agent, one of the plant growth regulators, can improve the sprouting ability and grow rapidly, improve the quality, increase the yield and shorten the growth period, it is not an elixir after all. In order to successfully deal with it and achieve the ideal effect, it is necessary to have some understanding of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Guolan. Master the correct treatment "mode", "location", "timing", "method", "application technique", "water quality", and "correct concentration", and combine with years of practical experience and understanding of the characteristics of the medicament, in order to give full play to the effect of the accelerant, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the germination of the national orchid.
