The method of composting
1. Organic materials are selected, formulated and mixed according to the above principles (about 1000 kg).
2. Comprehensive activation of microorganisms: add 200 kg of water to the container, add 0.5 kg of "Lanshi Mandian 18", 0.5 kg of molasses, 0.5 kg of fish sperm or 0.5 kg of urea, stir well and set aside for 24 hours.
3. Add the activated microorganisms to the organic material stack, mix and transfer the water to the point where the water can seep out of the fingers without dripping (about 50 / 60%).
4. The accumulation is about 6O-9O cm high (varies according to the weather temperature). Avoid strong wind and rain.
5. Cover with linen, straw or thin blanket.
6. In mass production, it can accumulate 1.5m high, and air ducts are installed on the ground to pump air intermittently with a high-pressure blast furnace. The time of air filling is determined according to the fermentation temperature. If the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the air pump will stop.
7. Store for several days, if the central temperature exceeds 65 degrees, you must turn the pile, but not more than once a day.
8. When the temperature drops below 65 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius, observe the dryness of the organic matter on the surface. If the surface is completely dry (stop fermentation), you have to turn the pile, but at most once a day.
9. When the temperature drops to 49 degrees Celsius or below, LanWorld "Mandian 18" composting enzyme should be replenished at the dosage of 1x4 of the first use (0.5 kg of LanWorld "Mandian 18", 50 kg of water, 0.5 kg of molasses, used after activation).
10. If the compost is too dry, the amount of water should be adjusted for the second time. When water is added to the compost, the water almost seeps out of the fingers, but it is drier than the first time, and the fermentation continues.
11. The fermentation temperature is used to dry the water in the organic material. When the moisture is gradually lost, the natural temperature decreases gradually. When the central temperature drops to 40 ℃-42 ℃, it can be used or spread out about 20 cm thick and dry.
12. If you wish to finish the composting, you must add water repeatedly until the moisture and air are sufficient and the temperature still rises no more than 40 degrees Celsius, and then let it naturally ferment and dry.
13. If you want to keep it, you must wait until it is completely dry before packing.
14. The total fermentation time is about 4 weeks (semi-mature fertilizer) to 4 months (full-ripe fertilizer).
