Once due to insufficient granular plant material, new seedlings and eager to pot, so a row of flowers replaced down, with a kind of Clivia rotten leaf soil replanting replacement row flowers, did not add other granular material, to now fast 5 months, found excellent growth, the original 6 old seedlings hair 7 new seedlings, strong roots, new and old seedlings are not coke tip, very happy! Now with 2 seedlings Song Mei experiment, the current growth is very good.

My experience is:

First, water is the key, strictly grasp the principle of "do not water", after pouring water, you can usually use your fingers to feel the water content in the soil, do not consider the watering interval days, such as should not be watered, 2 weeks can not be watered. When the basin surface is too dry, you can use a watering can to spray water.

Second, the ventilation conditions are good.

Third, the rotten leaf soil contains fertilizer, usually spraying foliar fertilizer can be.

Fourth, it is best to use a sweat basin, breathable, good moisture discharge, and beautiful, clean.

Fifth, add some granular materials, can play a role in fast water seepage, uniform humidity, but also to avoid single nutrition.

I think as long as the method is right, the benefits of using moldy soil are still many: no need to water and fertilize frequently, most suitable for office workers and business travelers with tight time. Rotten leaf soil soft, moist, rich nutrition, conducive to rooting seedlings strong seedlings.

Because is in practice grope, still immature, hope everybody corrects. Interested Lanyou can try a small amount.
